Perfect for US Open visitors, this home is also minutes away from the vibrant dining, shopping, and entertainment options in Verona and Oakmont. US Open Accommodation with ample parking available both in the driveway and on the street.

Nestled in a quiet, safe, and family-friendly neighborhood, this charming ranch features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Sleeping Arrangements:
• Bedroom 1: Queen Bed
• Bedroom 2: Full Bed
• Bedroom 3: Dressing room featuring a full size murphy bed.
• Game Room / Bar: a Pull out bed can be added upon request (please let me know in advance).

Booking Information:
• A 20% non-refundable booking deposit is required and will be applied to the remaining balance.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to your arrival date.
• An additional 10% safety deposit is required at the time of booking and will be refunded upon a satisfactory inspection of the property at the end of your stay.
