A backyard oasis: A heated above ground pool with deck and privacy fence. A concrete back patio with privacy fence, high top table and chairs. A deck with a dining table, gas grill, and an entrance to the family room. A half bath on the basement level for easy pool changing and access. Great views of the wooded area out back and sunsets from the deck.
A 1st floor family room setup for entertainment: A powered reclining couch, 65” 4k smart Roku TV, for streaming, 4k blu ray player, Nintendo Switch, and 5.1 home theater setup with large tower speakers, subwoofer, center and surrounds. Rental Dates: 7 night rental. Monday June 9th 2025 - Monday, June 16th 2025. Dates are negotiable
-Non-refundable booking deposit: $3,000 will be applied to the balance. The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to your arrival date
-Refundable security deposit: $3,000 due at time of booking, and will be refunded upon inspection of property at the end of your stay
