US Open 2025 Accommodation
Our home is approximately 20 miles from Oakmont Country Club or about a 30 minute drive. We provide a 21 Acre retreat that offers an indoor pool, outdoor lighted pickleball/sport court, 4 separate par three holes ranging from 80 to 175 yards,(golf balls included), frisbee golf, (frisbees included), outdoor fire pit, and plenty of outdoor games including corn hole, basketball, horse shoes volley ball, axe throwing, (safe for all ages), and up to 15 bicycles for all ages and the Rails to Trails bike and walking path within a mile from our home.
We also have a bar and poker table with playing cards and poker chips in the basement level of our home. This 3500+ square foot home offers multiple levels with two large living room picture windows that look out to the 21 acre parcel. Our home sleeps up to 12 guests. This home will not disappoint!
US Open Accommodation with parking for over 8 vehicles on the property and even an RV! No hook ups are available for the RV and please inquire with host on length before booking. We have both a propane gas grill and a Weber charcoal grill out back for grilling. This home offers a large back porch area for sitting and dining. We also have two sets of washers and dryers on site.
We have 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms;
Bedroom 1: King bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Queen bed
Bedroom 4: Two twin beds
Upstairs Loft: Sofa/fold down full bed.
Kids/bedroom play area (downstairs): 3 twin beds and a sofa with a pull out (full bed).
We also provide two additional air mattresses depending on your sleeping arrangements. We have pillows and sheets for all of these beds. We also include pool towels for up to 12 individuals.
Pricing is based on a minimum 7 night stay;
Dates available are from 6/6/24 through 6/18/24 and dates are flexible.
A non refundable booking fee of $2500 will be required for booking.
Balance to be paid in full at least 30 days prior to you arrival.
A security deposit of $2500 will be added to the booking and fully refunded after inspection of the property after check-out.
