US Open 2025 Accommodation

Stay at this two story, 4000 sqft, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home in the Fox Chapel Area School District. US Open Accommodation located 2.8 miles from the shuttle service at the Hartwood Acres Allegheny County Park and 7.9 miles (approximately 20 minute drive) to the Oakmont Country Club. The first floor includes a fully equipped kitchen with access to a 35 foot outdoor deck, dining room, and a family room, living room, and den each with a flat screen TV. The second floor includes a primary bedroom and en suite with a king size bed. The other three bedrooms have one king, one queen, and one double size bed. A loft area also borders the bedrooms. US Open Accommodation includes a finished lower level walk out game room (foosball, kitchen area, dining and seating area, full bathroom) leads to an outside private oasis with an 18x36 heated inground swimming pool, gas grill, and patio furniture on the deck and pool area.
At the time of booking, a $2000 booking deposit and a $2000 security deposit are required.
The booking deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled. Otherwise, the booking deposit will be applied to the remaining balance. The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to the arrival date.
The security deposit will be refunded dependent upon inspection of the property following your stay.
