Welcome to our newly remodeled 2BR,2BA, river front duplex located in the heart of Oakmont for the 2025 US Open. Only 1.4 miles (5 min drive) to the Oakmont Country Club and within walking distance to majority of Oakmont’s restaurants and bars.

Duplex has 2 bedrooms, 3 beds, 2 full baths, max of 6 people and central air. Main floor includes kitchen, living room, dining area, bedroom 1 (queen bed), and bathroom 1. Entertainment center in the living room has board games, coloring supplies, poker set, cards and dominoes. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook and enjoy meals with friends and family.

Finished basement includes living area (queen sofa bed) and bedroom 2 (king bed), laundry room and bathroom 2. **Please note living area and king bed are in one big room.

Deck off the sun porch includes outdoor furniture and a grill with BBQ utensils under grill cover. There's a firepit in the side yard with a complimentary stack of wood inside.

Our duplex is river front with an access gate (about 25 steps) down to the river beach area.

This is a duplex with another unit adjoining. Both duplexes have separate entrances but would share the backyard. Our duplexes would be a perfect fit for large families or a group of friends. They can be rented out by themselves or together for the US Open Oakmont week.
