Welcome to our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home which includes a hot tub, 2 car integral garage and is within WALKING distance, 0.3 miles to the East Gate Oakmont Country Club entrance, on a quiet dead end street. Enjoy days at the US Open and evenings in the hot tub or lounging by the fire pit. The home is minutes away from restaurants, pubs, small shops and the famous Oakmont Bakery. Newly updated family room with power recliners, cable TV, bar, updated 1/2 bath, laundry and 2 car garage.

Upper level
Kitchen/dining room with large island, living room, bright sun room, 3 bedrooms, 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 twin (that can be utilized as an office.(stand up desk and printer). The King has an en-suite with walk in shower. There is a guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Outside
Upper level has a large deck with table, seating for 6 and a Weber gas grill. Lower level has a beautiful large fenced in yard with a hot tub, 2 fire pits, one gas and one wood burning, 3 tables, swing and serving cart.

US Open Accommodation other amenities:
High speed internet, outside parking for 9 additional cars, pull out couch in the sun room that converts to a full size bed, 5 TVs.

A non-refundable booking deposit of $3,000 and a $3,000 safety deposit are required at time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to your stay. Safety deposit will be returned upon full inspection of the property. 1 dog (under 50 lb) may be considered for an additional $250.
