US Open Accommodation nestled in the charming and peaceful Oakmont neighborhood, our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is the ideal location for your US Open experience. Located on a quiet, oak-lined street and only 0.9 miles from the East Gate entrance of the Oakmont Country Club, our home offers both convenience and tranquility. Spend your days enjoying the excitement of the US Open and unwind in the evenings on our welcoming front or back porch.
The house is just one block off the scenic, brick-lined Oakmont main street, where you’ll find a variety of restaurants, pubs, small shops, and the famous Oakmont Bakery, all within walking distance. For added convenience, a liquor store is just two blocks away, and there are multiple grocery stores and pharmacies within a 5-minute drive.

2. Dining Room: An expandable dining table comfortably seats up to 8, perfect for meals or gatherings.
3. Kitchen: Fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer with automatic ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, and under-sink reverse osmosis water filter. We’ve included an coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, French press, and basic cooking supplies like coffee, spices, oil, and more.
4. Front Porch: Covered and perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
Upper Level:
1. Main Bedroom: Enjoy a restful night on a luxurious Sleep Number King bed. The room features a sound machine and ceiling fan for maximum comfort.
2. Second Bedroom: Includes a desk and a full-size futon, suitable for extra guests or as a workspace.
3. Nursery: Complete with a crib, high chair, playpen, and baby monitor. These items are perfect for families with little ones but can be removed if not needed.
4. Full Bathroom: Stocked with fresh towels and toiletries.
Basement:

Booking Details:
1. Rental Price: $15,000 (negotiable)
2. Deposit: A non-refundable booking deposit of $3,000 and a $3,000 safety deposit are required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to your stay. The safety deposit will be returned upon full inspection of the property.
3. Restrictions: No pets and no smoking allowed.
