Bathroom: Updated .5 bath.
Dining Room: Dining table comfortably seats four.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with updated appliances; dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, and microwave. Rental Price: $11,000 (Negotiable/OBO)
Deposit: A non-refundable booking deposit of $1,000 and a $2,000 safety deposit are required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to your stay. The safety deposit will be returned upon full inspection of the property.
