The inside of the house is just as spectacular. The 1st floor has an open floor plan with a large kitchen, high end appliances, large island that seats 6, open pantry with wine, can and ice fridges, living room with comfortable large L shaped couch, gas fireplace, 75" built in tv. Dining room seats 8-10 as well as a 1st floor office for your work needs. House is hard wired for wifi with numerous access points for easy work from home days. Primary bedroom /bathroom are on the 1st floor and this overlooks the backyard/pool area. Remote controlled blinds for your convenience as well as a large tv. His/her walk in closets are within. Primary Bathroom boasts marble floors, a clawfoot soaking tub, extra large vanity with double sinks and an expansive walk in shower with rainfall shower head.
The 2nd floor has the additional 4 bedrooms and another large living room with theatre seating and a 75" built in tv. All tv's on the 2nd floor have apple tv's.
Bedroom #2 is the Junior Suite -this room has a King bed, tv, walk in closet, large bathroom with double sinks, soaking tub and walk in shower.
Bedroom #3 faces north and overlooks the pool. This bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet, tv and an en suite bath.
Bedroom#4 faces south and has a Queen size bed, walk in closet. The bathroom is located just outside of this bedroom.
Bedroom #5 can be used as a guest bedroom or a second home office. It has a full size bed.
I am a local Hamptons native. My family came to Southampton in the late 1800's. Southampton has always been a special place to live or visit. The surrounding bays, oceans and golf courses make the area spectacular and don't forget about the amazing restaurants.
